The new finding showed that shopping on internet decreases our interaction with in the society making us feel lonely. The person shopping online sitting at home
will miss the interaction that shopping on high street can give. Study
showed that 75 percent feel the fear of isolation within society as more of them shop and administer online, whether it is shopping or paying bill or booking holidays.
The survey revealed that online shoppers many times disappointed when
purchase not turned out to be exactly they thought, and some reveal to
have cancelled the transaction due to query they had about the product
and no one to answer it. In spite the benefits of online shopping, some
people think it is necessary to support local business.
